Lead Software Engineer Responsibilities
* Own features from concept to production; collaborate and co‑own product and design to shape solutions
* Translate product strategy into technical and architectural solutions
* Actively communication with stakeholders to support product roadmaps
* Build and scale modern web and mobile applications
* Lead engineers on this project and help grow a strong culture
Lead Software Engineer Requirements
* Full‑stack development experience Python or Ruby on Rails + React/Next.js or React Native)
* Prior experience liaising with product teams and business stakeholders
* Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and automated testing
* Ability to design and deliver complex features from scratch and communicate them to non‑technical stakeholders
* Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
