Executive Support Administrator
North Leeds Based (5 days a week)
£ p/hour – 35 hours per week
Here at Hays, we are working with a non-for-profit based in North Leeds to recruit an Executive Support Administrator to provideprehensive support to senior leadership. This is a temporary role till March 2026. You will be supporting the executive team and managingplex schedules and documentation. This role is full-time with 35 hours a week, paying £ per hour and fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including diary management for up to five individuals.
2. Coordinatorernance activities, including preparing agendas, distributing papers, and taking minutes for board and trusteemittee meetings.
3. Liaise with trustees and senior stakeholders, ensuring timelymunication and follow-up on actions.
4. Maintain and manage documentation and records using SharePoint, ensuring version control and accessibility.
5. Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of senior leadership.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Support internal projects and assist with strategic initiatives as required.
Skills & Experience Required
8. Proven experience in a Senior Administrative role, ideally within the public sector.
9. Experience supportingernance functions and trustee or board-levelmittees.
10. Strong diary management skills, ideally supporting multiple senior stakeholders.
11. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint.
12. Excellent written and verbalmunication skills.
13. Strong organisational and time management skills.
