You’ll be the go-to expert for insight, optimisation, and strategic recommendations, presenting directly to senior stakeholders and driving measurable impact. You’ll be joining a senior-led team that blends deep technical expertise with sharp commercial thinking, and you’ll be treated as a genuine expert from day one. THE ROLE: Perfect for a mid-level analyst with 2 to 4 years’ experience, this role is all about end-to-end ownership. You’ll be supporting digital performance across campaigns, channels, and products, while influencing marketing strategy through your insights. You’ll be: Developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards to track digital KPIs Using Adobe Analytics to build segments, funnels, and run attribution models Producing weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights Presenting directly to senior stakeholders, including CMO-level Advising on personalisation, testing, and digital optimisation strategies Supporting data quality checks and implementation queries YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 2 to 4 years’ experience in digital or web analytics Strong Adobe Analytics expertise, including segments, pathing, and attribution Skilled in Tableau or similar data visualisation tools Confident with SQL for writing queries and supporting deep dives Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to large senior audiences Solid understanding of digital marketing KPIs and strategy Exposure to personalisation or testing workflows is a plus Experience with Snowflake or Python for light data wrangling is beneficial HOW TO APPLY: If you want to work closely with senior stakeholders, deliver insights that shape strategy, and have real ownership over analytics, send over your CV using the link below.
