Overview
Location: Redworth Terrace, Totnes. £19,744 per annum (FTE £24,680), working 30 hours per week.
We have an exciting opportunity to work in supported housing in Totnes, supporting people with mental health diagnoses to stay well, be active, engage with the local community and maintain their accommodation. The role will involve support planning, risk assessing, liaising with Community Mental Health Teams and other agencies as well as some basic housing management. We are looking for up to 3 people to each work 30 hours per week at the project on a rota between the hours of 8am to 8pm. We will also consider offering more hours (up to 37.5 hours per week) or less for the right exceptional applicants.
This is a supported housing role that offers accommodation to a specific customer group, there is no personal care involved but we are looking for empathic & people focussed support workers who work in a strength-based way to help our customers to keep their homes, stay well and move on into their own independent homes when appropriate.
