Subcontracts Manager – London – Residential\n\nAn expanding London-based developer and construction business is looking to appoint a Subcontracts Manager to support a growing portfolio of mixed-use residential developments. Working within a fully integrated in-house delivery team, you will play a key role in the procurement, management and performance of subcontractors across multiple live and upcoming projects.\n\nThe business is committed to high-quality, sustainable development and operates in a fast-moving environment where commercial awareness and strong supply chain relationships are essential.
