Gryffe Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. As the Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing the clinic's front desk operations. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, enjoys helping people, and is comfortable working in a healthcare environment.
Role Includes
* Welcoming patients into the practice.
* Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow efficiently.
* Performing administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to patient enquiries and organising clinic diaries.
* Processing payments.
* Performing front desk administrative tasks.
* Updating social media/marketing.
* Assisting the Chiropractor in various tasks.
* Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of the clinic environment.
You must be
* Organised with attention to detail.
* Cheerful and welcoming.
* Excellent at communicating.
* Competent with technology and on the phone.
* Understanding about the need for confidentiality.
* Trustworthy.
* Team player.
* Able to multitask and handle a busy reception area.
Full training will be provided.
Hours will be Tuesdays 12:45pm-7:15pm and Thursdays 2pm-7:30pmStarting hours will be Thursdays 2-7:30pm until end of 2024.
Hours may extend following discussion with you dependent on clinic expansion.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
