I am working with a respected national home care provider to appoint a Registered Manager for their Eastbourne branch. This is a great opportunity to lead a growing service and the role will suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships, leading a team and delivering high quality care.
The role
You will be the Registered Manager with CQC and take day to day responsibility for the smooth running of the branch. Your focus will be on safe care, a happy team and a well organised service.
Your key responsibilities
• Making sure the branch meets all CQC standards
• Supporting and leading the office team and field care supervisors
• Ensuring care plans and assessments are accurate and person centred
• Keeping records up to date and managing any concerns that arise
• Building great relationships with clients, families and professionals
• Helping the service grow in a steady and positive way
• Making sure rotas run smoothly and staff are well supported
• Taking part in the on call rota when needed
About you
• Experience managing a home care service
• Good understanding of CQC expectations
• Warm, confident leadership style
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Level 5 qualification or happy to work towards it
• Full UK driving licence
