Have you ever held the position of School Exams Officer?
Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to play a crucial role in the smooth execution of examinations?
If yes, we do have an exciting opportunity for you.
We are seeking to appoint an Exams Officer to join our dynamic, busy and friendly Business Support Team. This is a full time role and you will be from Monday - Friday and 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Main responsibilities for this role:
9. To ensure equal access and opportunities for students and staff in the academy
10. To carry out all work relating to examinations procedures
11. To align with our academy vision and values and engage with students and adults in a positive, caring and respectful manner at all times
12. Organise and administer both external and internal examinations including entry, delivery and analysis of data, and management of the invigilation team
13. To ensure that exam papers are checked and stored safely in accordance with exam board rules
14. To manage the process of examination entries, seating and invigilation of all relevant examinations
15. To be responsible for the downloading and processing of examination results
These are some of the skills that we need from you :
16. Experience in the role of an examinations officer
17. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK (No sponsorship provided)
18. An enhanced DBS on the update service
19. Strong verbal and written communication skills
20. 2 proven relevant references
21. Ability to multitask and prioritise things without assistance
22. Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
23. Punctual and has a solid track record of attendance
