We have an opportunity for Temporary Part-Time staff to join our Customer Experience Team at our Head Office in Livingston.
Please note, we have a variety of weekday shifts as well as evenings and weekend shifts available.
The schuh customer experience department is a fast-paced environment where the customer always comes first. We believe every customer should leave us thinking WOW!

The Person:

The Role:
* Customers can contact us if they want to buy something or if they have a problem. In either case, we treat every customer with fairness and individuality. You will be expected to:
* Deal with service-related queries through various social media platforms including WhatsApp.
* Effectively engage with customers via our video and text chat services.
* Deal efficiently and professionally with customers via phone and email.
* Assist our high street stores with any problems or queries.
Extensive training is provided in the office; therefore, candidates must be able to travel to our Livingston Head Office.
