We’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Registered Care Manager to manage our beautiful 40 bedded care home near Plymouth.

You will be committed to ensuring the delivery of quality care, championing wellbeing, ensuring a person-centred care planning process, compliance, and have an ambition to become an outstanding home.
You’ll have experience of leading, managing and mentoring a large team, a team who will always provide ‘good’ care, even when you’re not there.
You will love to learn and try new ideas; role modelling our CARE values in everything you do, so that you and your team can truly understand how you can help every resident live the life they choose.
What you’ll need
* Registered Manager experience in a similar service with at least one CQC inspection in the last 5 years.
* Experience in the proactive enquiry to admission process.
* To be qualified at NVQ Level 4/Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, or working towards it
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* IT Skills including the use of Microsoft Office
* Above all, to be dedicated and lead a home that’s filled with laughter and love.
