Job title: Operations Manager – Maximo Consulting Location: largely remote with occasional visits to the Leeds office Salary: £60-70k p.a. & bonus Our client, a growing UK Maximo consulting organisation and IBM Gold Partner, has identified the need for an Operations Manager to help run and structure service delivery within their team with particular focus across our consulting and support functions. Duties: The role focusses on ensuring delivery is organised, measurable, and running efficiently. Some of the key responsibilities we see for this position include: * Owning and managing the KPIs linked to delivery within the consulting practice * Supporting and coordinating the service delivery and support teams and ensure SLAs are clear, measurable and met * People management, including day-to-day oversight and team coordination * Managing utilisation and resource planning across consultants/contractors * Helping structure delivery processes and operational workflows * Heping develop robust processes in respect of the managed service and Product development.
