Sachet Factory is a fast-growing start-up specialising in manufacturing premium stick pack products for some of the UK's biggest health and wellness brands. To meet increasing demand, we're moving into a brand-new, purpose-built production facility in June 2025.
We're building a team of detail-oriented, proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping our production flowing smoothly and ensuring our stock is managed with precision.
Job Overview
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate stock control, keeping documentation up to standard, and supporting the production team with the movement and organisation of finished goods. From stock rotation to preparing newly packed pallets, you'll help keep everything flowing seamlessly from warehouse to production to dispatch.
Responsibilities
* Perform stock control activities, including stock rotation (FIFO) and accurate stock management.
* Maintain clear and accurate documentation to support traceability and compliance.
* Support end-of-line production by removing, organising, and assisting with newly packed pallets.
* Ensure warehouse areas are organised, safe, and audit-ready at all times.
* Report stock discrepancies quickly and accurately.
* Work closely with production and quality teams to support daily operations.
Skills
* Experience in a warehouse or production support role (food manufacturing background is a bonus).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and documentation.
* Strong IT skills for stock systems and documentation (Barcode label making, Microsoft Excel, Word desirable).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping safety front of mind.
* Team player with good communication skills.
* Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential—training can be provided.
