We are looking for a reliable and experienced multi-skilled tradesperson to join our team. You will be handling day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and small jobs across local social housing void properties. If you are strong in one main trade but can turn your hand to a bit of everything, we want to hear from you. What you will be doing: * Carpentry: Boxing in pipework, fitting bath panels, putting in kitchen units or worktops, easing sticking doors, and handling general joinery repairs. * Plumbing: Finding and fixing leaks, unblocking pipes, sorting out minor heating issues, and repairing or replacing bathroom and kitchen taps and toilets. * General Maintenance: Keeping up with everyday property repairs to a good standard. * Tiling: Putting up splashbacks and sorting out small wall or floor tile repairs. * Plastering: Patch plastering and small-area skimming to keep walls tidy. * Painting and Decorating: Touch-ups, painting walls, ceilings, and woodwork, or doing full room refreshes. * Flooring: Laying vinyl, laminate, and carpet tiles, including basic floor prep. Other parts of the job: * Making sure all work is done safely, properly, and left clean and tidy. * Logging your completed jobs and updates on a phone or tablet. * Being polite, friendly, and respectful when dealing with tenants and teammates. What you need: * A valid CSCS Card. * Solid, hands-on experience in property maintenance. * Experience working in council or housing association homes is a big bonus, but not essential
