DEMEA’s Business Architect, you will be responsible to ensure our strategic intent is translated into executable design by aligning Global IT, DEMEA workstreams and leadership, and our external System Integrator partners. Operating across Driscoll's Global Design and our DEMEA localisation requirements, you will bridge our business ambition and system implementations, delivering a solution that is fit-for-purpose, compliant, and value-driven. This role is key in enabling fast, informed decisions, maintaining consistency across workstreams, and ensures the solution delivers results.

Candidate Profile
Who: The Business Architect (DEMEA) should be experienced in this role and bring a number of years of experience in ERP-related Business Transformation programs. You will be in a business facing team, working with our internal IT partners during your work. You will need to be familiar with working in a global business that enjoys the strength that a diverse selection of people and cultures brings. We will be looking to you to help establish appropriate frameworks to manage this new capability in our Business Unit – working within our global design but adapting to the wide localization challenges which the EMEA territory brings with it. You will enjoy working with others and achieving your work through the success of teams who you influence through your daily work. Experience of fresh produce or similar industries will be of a large benefit as you will be dealing with a multiple workstreams at a sustained high pace.
What: The Business Architect (DEMEA) will provide a new capability for us. We are looking for an established Business Architect who is familiar with best practices, but who is looking for a new challenge and is keen to establish a new way of working and introducing their own style in how we deal with these complex, interlinked challenges within our EBA framework. You will end up linking all workstreams across the entire enterprise, and you will actively work with peers within the business and across other support functions to help deliver a sustainable solution architecture to DEMEA. Our workstreams cover most common areas: Order to Cash, Record to Report, FP&A, Supply Chain Execution, Manufacturing etc.
You will be managing a small team of Process Analysts, headed by a Process Excellence Manager. They will be your tactical Process team with the business conducting workshops, mapping & creating processes, and solving operational challenges across Aurora and general business as usual projects.
