Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
* Manage and support a team of care staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
* Handle budgets, staffing, and other administrative tasks efficiently.
* Engage with residents' families, maintaining open and supportive communication.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar role.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in care.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
