The Instore Team Member role involves producing high-quality pizzas and side items to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand image.

Responsibilities:
* Make all the pizza bases to the desired standard, including dough, toppings, and the final product.
* Follow HTA standards and call out load times, ensuring every order is in the oven within 3 minutes.
Food Hygiene:
* Maintain good personal hygiene and adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
* Hold a Level 2 or higher food hygiene certificate (this will be completed during training).
Safety & Security:
* Observe health and safety rules at all times.
* Follow safety and security restrictions as required.
Teamwork:
* Assist colleagues during slow periods in your area of expertise.
* Show commitment and cooperation with team members.
* Participate in store marketing activities such as distributing leaflets and attending fresher's fairs.
* Take responsibility for your own development and training.
Essential Skills/Experience:
* Work quickly and positively during busy periods.
* Learn and understand pizza codes to produce correct products.
* Be knowledgeable about food safety and its impact on the business.
