Tynedale Centre, Hexham supports adults with complex needs. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is committed to helping maintain a quality service.
This role is:
* Permanent
* Part time, 20 hours
* NCC Band 4 salary - £25,584 - £27,269 FTE (pro rata for part-time employees) - £13.26 - £14.13 per hour (20 hours - £13,829 - £14,740)
Role of the job:
* To support service users with their physical, personal, and emotional care, to enable and promote independence so they can reach their full potential.
* Preparation and serving of meals / drinks
* Administer medication (appropriate training given)
* Communicating with service users and colleagues, report writing, and sharing of information
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure individual care plans are achieved/reviewed
* Attend training, take part in appraisals, supervisions, and team meetings.
Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF level 2 or good level of education
* Experience of working with adults who have complex needs
* Desirable - full driving license
