* Operate as the lead point of contact for your portfolio of clients.

* Hold regular reviews with clients in accordance with Account Management Procedure
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Liaise with technical teams to design and develop tailored IT solutions that meet the clients needs
* Provide feedback to technical technical teams based on clients needs, aiding in the continuous improvement of the solutions offered
