Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norwich for an Employers Agent / Project Manager. The Employers Agent / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, monitoring budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing contract advice. The role requires hands-on engagement with projects to ensure they meet both the client's expectations and budget constraints.
Qualifications
* Experience in project management, housing, and employer's agent services
* Skills in project management, including timeline management and budget monitoring
* Knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to tailor services to client needs and engage in collaborative project delivery
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
* Professional certification such as MRICS or equivalent is a plus
