Key Responsibilities
Sales Consultation: Engage with customers via phone to provide tailored recommendations.

Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information regarding our products, policies, and procedures to customers.
Lead Processing: Undertake all administrative tasks associated with processing leads and opportunities using Salesforce.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
