The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the development and delivery of all hospitality services at Jersey Opera House, including the theatre bar, café, and event catering. This role is central to creating a high-quality, customer-focused experience that complements our artistic programme and enhances audience enjoyment.
Working closely with the CEO and wider team, the post holder will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and drive revenue through innovative F&B offerings.
Initially the Opera House just has a bar offering but we wish to open a food service shortly.
