We are looking for a new team member to support our Academy Ethos & Standards Committee (ASEC)
A wonderful opportunity has arisen within our expanding multi-academy trust governance team, to provide outstanding administrative support to local governors in St John's CE Primary School. Remunerated at Dorset Grade 5 £21,189-£21,968 per annum or £10.98-£11.39 per hour (pro-rata), the role(s) require around 2 hours per week per school (term time only). There will be some early evening work (attending meetings in school half termly) and the hours are flexible (to be agreed).
No experience is required as training will be provided, so if you are organised, efficient, patient, and enthusiastic about achieving the best for children, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for a high-quality candidate who can:
1. Represent the Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust.
2. Provide high level governance administrative support to the school.
3. Offer an exemplary clerking service.
4. Manage communication and relationships across a multi-academy trust, being highly professional and personable face-to-face, on the phone and in written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Contribute to and support the overall aims and ethos of the Academy Trust, in particular priority 3, ‘build effective governance at every level’.
6. Deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues.
