Experienced Chef needed at Edinburgh Larder - Daytime Shifts
The Edinburgh Larder ethos is based on the fantastic produce Scotland has to offer. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to become part of a fantastic business with a great reputation. You will have access to the best seasonal ingredients and be able to develop great relationships with local suppliers.
Our breakfasts are well known so we need you to be able to cope with a fast paced and high-volume breakfast service whilst still delivering exceptional food.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate: An knowledge of Scottish produce
Experience in delivering a high-volume service with an exceptional eye for detail
Strong cost management skills
Excellent people management skills and an interest in developing staff
An ability to develop good relationships with our suppliers
Very good stock management and rotation
Health & safety training and a desire for a clean and organised working space
Fluency in English
