Job Description
1. Draft and review legal documents related to capital market transactions.
2. Provide strategic advice on securities laws and compliance matters.
3. Collaborate with clients to ensure their legal and regulatory needs are met.
4. Conduct legal research to support transaction structuring and execution.
5. Negotiate terms and conditions for agreements and contracts.
6. Assist in regulatory filings and disclosures as required by governing bodies.
7. Provide guidance on corporate governance and related legal matters.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting capital markets.
