Your new role
1. Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality teaching and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
2. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that promotes curiosity and early independence.
3. Work in partnership with parents, colleagues, and external agencies to support early learning and development.
4. Track and record progress using school systems and contribute to EYFS team planning.
5. Promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
7. Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally within a Reception class.
8. A strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child‑centred pedagogy.
9. Excellentmunication skills and a warm, supportive teaching style.
10. Passion for early childhood education and amitment to raising standards.
