English Speaking Customer Experience Officer (Remote) | UK Based | Garnet Trade
Garnet Trade is hiring an English Speaking Customer Experience Officer to deliver fast, clear, and human support experiences for our customers. This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in the UK.
What you will do
* Provide customer support in English via live chat and email
* Handle inquiries with empathy, clarity, and a strong sense of ownership
* Troubleshoot user issues, escalate when needed, and follow through until resolution
* Keep accurate case notes and maintain clean ticket workflows
* Spot recurring issues and share insights to improve product and support processes
* Support onboarding questions and guide users through the platform experience
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback reaches the right place
What we are looking for
* Native level or near native English, both written and spoken
* 1+ year experience in customer support, customer success, or service roles (preferred)
* Strong communication skills and calm problem solving under pressure
* Comfortable using ticketing tools and working with structured processes
* A detail oriented mindset and high reliability in remote work
* Availability to work UK hours
Nice to have
* Experience in fintech, trading, or financial platforms
* Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, or similar tools
* Ability to handle high volume support while keeping quality consistent
