About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist to provide specialist input across five social care residential services. This role is not tied to a single site and remote work will be considered however, some on-site presence is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality psychological support across multiple residential settings.
* Provide supervision to two Assistant Psychologists.
* Work collaboratively as part of a full multidisciplinary team (MDT).
* Contribute to assessments, interventions, and care planning.
Requirements
* Qualified Psychologist with relevant professional registration.
* Essential: Demonstrable experience working with autistic individuals.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple sites.
* Comfortable supervising junior clinical staff.
