Graduate Recruitment Consultant July and September Intake

London/ £27-35k base + Uncapped Commission

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, youll be trained to:

• Headhunt and engage high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with clients across niche markets
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop into a billing consultant within your first 3 months

Youll work directly alongside experienced recruiters and leadership, gaining exposure much faster than in larger, corporate environments.
