A top finance firm has an exciting opportunity for a polished and poised Receptionist/Team Assistant, who is a switched-on and personable team player to support a busy front of house in central London.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Meet and greet all visitors in a warm and professional manner
2. Relay arrivals to hosts
3. Operating a busy switchboard
4. Booking taxis and cars
5. Meeting room maintenance, liaising with cleaners, and ordering supplies
6. Liaising with reception security and logging visitors
7. Liaising with catering and hospitality
8. Admin duties for wider company including EA/PA overspill
WHO YOU ARE
A sparky receptionist, or Team Assistant with a high attention to detail, looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work setting where you will provide support in a varied and ever-changing environment.
Requirements:
1. Experienced corporate receptionist
2. Well-presented, proactive, and personable
3. A strong team player
4. Solid MS Office skills
5. Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to work under pressure, with multiple priorities and ability to multitask
7. Top-notch communication skills
