What are we looking for?
* Proven experience working in a Senior or Principal level position within Building Services Design.
* Strong project leadership and delivery skills.
* Ideally chartered or working towards chartership.
* Able to use the usual design packages – AutoCAD & Revit.
* Able to work independently and within a small team.
* Outgoing, confident and personable individual who can help grow the office and soon bring in more work.
* Experience working on residential type projects with experience in the following highly advantageous - Education, Health Care, Life Sciences.
