As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be the steady presence that enables students with additional needs to flourish. Every day, you’ll work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver bespoke support—whether that’s helping pupils follow structured routines, fostering their social skills, or encouraging independence in the classroom.
