We’re looking for a working Restaurant Manager to work alongside a serious and highly trained team. Full support from supervisors and Head Office. Scope to grow straight to Head Office and work alongside an amazing experienced support team to the whole Brand Network. Previous management experience is vital for this role. Minimum 2 years in the same or similar field. Minimum Level 2 required. Level 3 will be mandatory within 1 month of start date. * Collaborate with a trained management team and Store Operation Team for store excellence.
* Provide visible leadership, coaching, and development for staff.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality procedures.
* Drive growth opportunities and progression toward Head Office roles within the Brand Network.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years of management experience in the same or similar field.
* Minimum Level 2 qualification; Level 3 mandatory within 1 month of start date.
* Clear verbal and written communication skills with a proactive attitude.
* Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
* Languages: English – Advanced.
