About the Role
Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a range of primary schools across the S18 postcode and surrounding areas to recruit committed and high-quality Primary Teachers. We are seeking teachers for a variety of roles across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, with opportunities to suit both flexible supply availability and those seeking longer-term or permanent positions.
These roles offer the chance to work in diverse school settings, supporting pupils’ academic progress, personal development and wellbeing, while contributing positively to whole-school life.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles
Assess, monitor and record pupil progress effectively
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff and senior leaders
Uphold school policies, safeguarding procedures and professional standards
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective classroom practice
Confident behaviour management and strong communication skills
A professional, reliable and adaptable approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Right to work in the UK
