Quality Assurance Manager (Maternity Cover)
Belfast | £40,000 DOE | 12-Month FTC | Mon-Fri, Days
MCS Group is happy to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-owned food manufacturer for a Quality Assurance Manager to cover maternity leave for a 12 month contract with a June/July start. This is a hands-on role with full exposure to site-wide quality and compliance processes at a modern, automated facility.

The Role:
* Lead QA activities and manage daily Certificates of Analysis
* Maintain and improve a HACCP-based QMS
* Ensure compliance with BRC, HACCP, food safety legislation and customer standards
* Prepare for and lead site audits
* Conduct internal audits and support continuous improvement
What You'll Need:
* QA/Technical experience in food manufacturing
* Proven experience leading site audits
* Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and GMP standards
* Degree or equivalent in Food Science or similar
* Strong Excel skills and clear communication
