Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This will be from March 2026 to cover maternity leave. However, it may be offered long term. DBS check needed and this will be paid by the employer. Training will be given around 2 months prior to the start date. All jobs will be overlooked by the employer.
Must be 18+ due to the use of chemicals. Must have a clean drivers licence and own car.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning and janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
* Carry out cleaning duties in private homes
* Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, windows, and furniture using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
* Ensure that cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained in good working order.
* Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
* Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in is preferred.
* Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
* Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within set timeframes.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
