An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 5/6 Acute Physiotherapist to join an acute physiotherapy service in Redhill. What you will do

* Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and interventions to patients within acute wards.
* Manage a varied caseload, supporting patients with mobility, rehabilitation, respiratory care, and discharge planning.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and discharge coordinators.
* Develop and implement individualised treatment and rehabilitation programmes.
* Provide education and advice to patients, carers, and families to support recovery and prevent deterioration.
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with NHS policies and professional standards.
* Contribute to service delivery, clinical effectiveness, and patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

* HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
* Previous experience working within NHS acute wards is required.
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential to support service needs.
