Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Preparing and serving our menu to a high standard as per company specifications to ensure guest satisfaction
* Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards, including completing relevant paperwork
* Receiving deliveries and maintaining correct food storage
* Keeping the kitchen environment clean and safe
The right person will have a positive, hands-on approach, good communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience in a busy kitchen is essential. Further training and development will be provided in-house and at our Development Kitchen in Hertford.
