Prestigious UK PLC are looking for a Senior Reward Analyst for an exciting 6 month FTC We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join our high-performing Reward Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead on a range of strategic and operational reward initiatives, helping us deliver fair, competitive, and compliant reward practices across our international network. What you’ll be doing: You’ll lead and manage a portfolio of reward programmes and projects, including: Annual salary and bonus reviews Equal pay analysis and statutory pay reporting Job architecture, evaluation, and benchmarking Flexible benefits renewals and governance Share scheme processes (LTIP, all-employee share plans) Recognition programmes and benefit communications Reward data governance in Workday and external survey submissions Supporting HR, Payroll, and Business Partners with expert guidance on reward matters Driving benefits compliance across our European network What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a reward and benefits role, ideally within a FTSE-listed or large international business Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, etc.) Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (e.g. Towers Watson) Experience with Workday or other HR systems Confident, proactive, and a natural collaborator with strong relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights The role comes with benefits, and Hybrid ways of working in Luton 2 days per week.
