Job Title: Community Care Assistant
Join our team as a Community Care Assistant and make a difference in your local community. We provide full paid training and shadowing shifts to help you start your healthcare career.
Working Hours and Pay:
1. Monday - Friday: £10.35 per hour
2. Saturday & Sunday: £11.06 per hour
3. Bank Holiday: £13.00 per hour
Shifts are available between 7am-10.30pm, including alternate weekends and day/night shifts.
Responsibilities:
* Providing personal care (toileting, showering, dressing, etc.)
* Offering companionship and emotional support
* Assisting with medication
* Preparing and serving meals and snacks
Your visits are more than practical help; they support the emotional well-being of our service users, especially those who are isolated or live alone. This role is a calling that offers the satisfaction of helping elderly and vulnerable individuals maintain their independence and quality of life.
Candidate Requirements:
* Happy, caring, and compassionate nature
* Good listener, energetic, passionate about caring for others
* Driving license and access to a vehicle
* Enhanced Access NI check
* Acceptable references
