We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team. Beginning September 2025. Duties as a SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide individual and small group support to pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions and support programmes. Contribute to the planning and implementation of EHCP/IEP targets. Adapt learning activities and resources to meet the needs of pupils. Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development, promoting confidence and independence. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers. Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant: A recognised SEN qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, SEN Diploma, or equivalent). Proven experience supporting children with SEN within a school setting. A strong understanding of different SEN needs, strategies, and interventions.
