A brilliant opportunity for a Senior Cost Consultant to join a progressive multidisciplinary consultancy delivering large-scale residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across London.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities
* Manage cost consultancy services from pre- to post-contract
* Lead and mentor junior team members
* Oversee cost control, estimates, and procurement strategies
* Negotiate contracts and manage supply chain engagement
* Deliver cost reporting, valuations, and contractor payments
* Liaise with clients and champion innovation in technology and MMC
đź“‹ Skills & Experience Required
* 6+ years’ experience as a Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor
* Strong background in hospitality, residential, or mixed-use projects
* Consultancy or developer experience preferred
* MRICS/MCIOB qualified (or equivalent)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Passion for modern methods of construction and sustainability
