Now Hiring: Field Operations Control Officer
We're looking for a detail‑focused, proactive team player to join our Field Operations team! If you're great at multitasking, staying calm under pressure, and want a role that genuinely makes a difference in keeping communities safe - this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do
* Schedule and manage tasks for Field Monitoring Officers
* Make sure monitoring equipment is correctly assigned
* Support field teams with queries and updates
* Log leave and absence information
* Spot and report any curfew breaches
* Handle calls and complete end‑of‑shift handovers
* Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and partner agencies
Hours & Working Pattern
Shifts between 9am to 5.30pm
Monday to Friday
First 4-6 weeks fully on‑site in Warrington, then move to 2 days in the office a week
2‑week in‑person training provided
What We're Looking For
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination
* Confident working under pressure
* Good with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Customer-focused and adaptable
