Civil Litigation Solicitor Location: Windsor – hybrid working from home Salary: £50,000–£60,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits Hours: Full time, flexible hybrid working About the Role We are recruiting for a Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm with over 100 years’ history. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 2 years PQE who wants to manage their own caseload across a broad range of civil litigation matters, including employment disputes, landlord and tenant issues, contractual disagreements, commercial litigation, and debt recovery. The role offers strong client exposure, the chance to work both independently and collaboratively, and long-term career progression. This position could suit a Civil Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Associate, Commercial Litigation Solicitor, Employment Solicitor, or Legal Executive with transferable litigation experience. What You’ll Do • Manage your own civil litigation caseload from instruction to resolution • Advise clients on employment, landlord and tenant, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and debt recovery matters • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials • Represent clients at hearings and court proceedings where required • Work closely with the Head of Department and wider team on complex matters • Handle files efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy • Provide excellent client care and professional communication throughout the lifecycle of a matter • Support business development, marketing, and local networking activities to grow the department What We’re Looking For • Minimum 2 years PQE with civil litigation experience • Ability to manage caseloads independently with minimal supervision • Strong drafting, communication, and organisational skills • Confidence in handling matters from pre-litigation through to court proceedings • High attention to detail and proactive approach • Interest in business development and networking • Comfortable using case management systems (training provided if needed) Who Might Suit This Role This role would suit a Civil Litigation Solicitor seeking a varied caseload and career development in a respected firm.
