Caretaker
* Reports to: Head of Estates
* Location: Filton, Bristol
* Salary: £28,000-£30,000
* Type: 37 hours per week
Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Filton.
The succesful candidate must be able to start ASAP!
Main Duties
* Outdoor maintenance of the site
* Typical caretaking duties
* General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
* To operate as part of the estates team in the care, security and operation of all site buildings and grounds.
* To support in the daily operation and availability of all sites.
* To assist the Head of Estates in preparing maintenance, development & project plans
* Handle goods in and portering tasks by receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels, and conducting health and safety checks
* To adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards year on year, with strong emphasis on providing a professional and memorable customer focussed experience.
Requirements
* Able to start ASAP
* Enhanced DBS
* Own vehicle and license
* Estates, caretaking or related experience
* Knowledge of DIY
* Trade experience desirable
