Your new role You'll be responsible for preparing cases for court, appearing as an advocate and instructing counsel. A more senior role would involve additional line management responsibilities. What you'll need to succeed The successful candidate will bring the following: Be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive. Experience in drafting complex court documentation. Familiarity with the Childcare Act 1989 and the Mental Health Act 1983. A range of experience will be considered, from newly qualified to 4-5 years PQE.
