Your Day‐to‐Day Responsibilities
* Carrying out remote OH assessments, including case management and pre‐placement screening
* Providing clear, evidence‐based fitness‐for‐work advice
* Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
* Liaising confidently with HR teams, managers and employees
* Managing health surveillance, screening and vaccination programmes
* Maintaining high clinical standards in line with NMC guidance
* Ensuring accurate, compliant clinical record‐keeping
* Contributing to the smooth and effective running of the OH service
* Attending onsite assessments when required
What You'll Bring
Experience & Knowledge
* Minimum 2 years' post‐registration OH experience
* OH Diploma or Degree (desirable)
* Strong understanding of OH legislation and best practice
* Experience managing complex cases and producing high‐quality clinical reports
* Strong IT skills and confidence working digitally
