Job Summary
Permits2Work is a private IAA-regulated firm, providing UK immigration advice and services. Established in 2001, our clients range from start-ups to FTSE-100 organisations.
We are seeking a talented, experienced, and highly organised person to assist fee-earners with their caseload and correspondence to clients and relevant government authorities, and to assist in the preparation of UK visa applications.
This is a challenging and exciting role which offers the right person an opportunity to become part of a small and niche team, ensuring the firm continues to provide a high level of service to clients.
Job Type / Category(this is an office based role)
* Collate, review and draft applications and correspondence under supervision and direction of senior colleagues
* Communication of case progress and status with clients and caseworker(s)
* Coordinate secure delivery of client correspondence and documents
* Build and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders
* Provide general day-to-day support with all case related matters
* Maintain and update electronic and paper filing systems
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
* UK degree or equivalent
* Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proven discretion with highly confidential information / documents
* Ability to work quickly and effectively internally and externally
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
