Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their technical team and is looking for a motivated Software Support Consultant / IT Support Specialist to play a key role in delivering high-quality support to a diverse client base. The Role Youll be part of a busy, customer-focused support team providing 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshooting software and IT issues, and helping customers get the most from modern workplace technologies. What Youll Be Doing Providing 1st & 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced environment Supporting cloud-based software and collaboration tools Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Teams, VoIP and SaaS platforms Assisting with general office network and user support Building strong relationships with customers through clear, friendly communication Working closely with senior engineers and escalating where appropriate Developing your skills within a growing managed services environment About You Previous experience in IT technical support or software support Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and/or VoIP / SaaS solutions (ideal but not essential) Good all-round understanding of office IT and networks Experience working for a Managed Service Provider is advantageous Hard-working, proactive, and keen to develop in a growing business A natural communicator who enjoys helping customers Why Apply?
