Salary: Circa £55,000 per annum plus Company Car / Car Allowance + Annual Bonus
Location: Home based, with expected regular travel across the UK

What you'll be doing:
* Deliver comprehensive workforce planning activities to maximize capability and resource while identifying areas for increased engagement and efficiencies
* Ensure full succession planning is undertaken, capturing high performance and high potential individuals across all business levels with active development plans
* Support the annual pay and bonus cycle, including objective and PDP setting process with year-round review and management
* Drive the annual employee survey completion, results cascade, and action planning
* Partner with General Managers on business matters requiring HR solutions, providing medium and long-term strategic support
* Support behavioral and cultural change initiatives to maximize people capability and increase employee engagement
* Utilize company analytics to drive performance and provide key information to senior stakeholders
* Work collaboratively with BU HR Business Partners and ER team to deliver effective HR solutions for business challenges
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience workforce planning for a complex large business
* Knowledge and experience of talent mapping and succession planning
* Knowledge and well practiced in driving employee surveys
* Experience managing key business HR projects
* Proven track record of advising and influencing senior stakeholders in operational environments on confidential and challenging issues
* Qualified within the field of HR
