Description
* Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
* Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
* Match, Batch and code invoices
* Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
* Manage accounts payable and occasionally cover receivable functions.
* Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
* Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
